The Association for Renaissance Martial Arts is an educational organization dedicated to the study,
practice and reconstruction of European martial arts as they were taught and used from the 1100s to the 1700s.

ARMA is dedicated to the legitimate interpretation and reconstruction of our Western Martial Heritage.

ARMA focuses on both combat with arms and armor and unarmed combat.

ARMA is a worldwide organization with chapters in many states and foreign countries.

ARMA is a way to learn effective self defense with a great workout.
